Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and unused.

How to Request a Return
1. Message us on Facebook Messenger within 7 days of receiving your order or emial us at codbikebearingsph@gmail.com or 0945 469 3634 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, photos of the item (if defective or damaged), and reason for return.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to:

Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case COD Bearing Supply will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund via GCash within 3–5 business days. You will be notified once your refund has been sent.
